No, you can be treated in our clinic without a referral from your primary doctor.
When you have a minor injury or illness, but not a life-threatening emergency condition. Common examples include but are not limited to cold, cough, COVID-19, Bronchitis, Pneumonia, Diarrhea, infections, illnesses, cuts, minor burns, wounds, sprains, and moderate injuries.
Yes, we can send your diagnostic tests, images, and progress notes to specialists upon your request.
No. We do send prescription electronically to the patient’s pharmacy.
Yes. We do offer free onsite parking.
We do have shorter wait time compared to other urgent care centers and emergency room. We try to make our average wait time shorter than 20 minutes.
No. We do not offer Covid and Flu vaccination at this point.
Yes. Elite Urgent care is pleased to offer affordable medical services to self pay patients with discount.
Yes. We do offer Saturdays’ appointments for now, and hopefully soon we will offer Sundays’ appointment as well.
Yes. We do accept most insurances like Medicare, Medicaid, BBSC, UHC, Signa, Etna, and etc. Please check the website for more information in this regard.
If you have a copay, you should pay it at the time of visit. However, if you are not able to pay it at the time of visit, you will be billed later.
We are located at 6100 Dobbin RD, Suite A, Columbia, MD 21045.
Currently our hours are as below:
Monday through Thursdays 8 AM – 6 PM
Fridays 8 AM -1 PM
Saturdays 9 AM-2 PM

Yes. Our providers are DOT certified, and we will offer DOT examination.
You should go to emergency room if you have a major medical emergency problem which is life threatening like sever chest pain, breathing issues, signs of stroke, sign of heat attack, loss of consciousness, traumatic head injury, or etc.
